A total of 25,939 Stags were produced by British Leyland between 1970 and 1978.

This restored 1975 Triumph Stag has the beautiful 2,997cc V8 engine and manual gearbox with overdrive. The elegant body is finished in a beautiful 'Demson red' paint with gray striping. In addition to the body color hardtop, the Stag has a T-bar with a good black soft top. The beautiful interior has a brown vinyl upholstery and wooden details including a wooden steering wheel. The chrome parts are in very good condition.

This beautiful fully restored Triumph Stag was delivered new in the Netherlands on 25 February 1975. And has been owned by the last owner for over 12 years. He has extensively restored the car. The work included an extensive repaint of the body as well as an extensive overhaul of the engine. Many panels were restored where necessary. and the rear axle and gearbox were stripped, rebuilt and reassembled on the car. Other work included the installation of new brakes and a new exhaust system. The craftsmanship that has gone into this careful restoration is evident, the paintwork is excellent and the interior and engine compartment are in excellent condition. The extensive documentation folder, which is present with the car, contains many invoices with details about the restoration, various invoices, photos of the Triumph during the restoration.
