We are pleased to present the top model of the XK line, the XKR. Executed in a very chic color combination. The body is painted in Indigo blue pearl. A very nice contrast with the Ivory leather upholstery and the Alcantara-covered headliner. In addition, the dashboard is covered with black leather.
This Jaguar XKR is of the 2nd generation. It debuted as a 3-door coupé at the Frankfurt Motor Show in 2005. A year later, the 2-door convertible came on the market. The design of this aluminum Jaguar came from Ian Callum. A big advantage of this 'gentlemen's coupé' is the 3rd door. This makes it easier in practice to take a golf bag with you, for example. The big difference between an XK8 and an XKR is in the engine power An increase of 118 hp. The XKR has 416 hp instead of the 298 hp in the XK8. The supercharger takes care of this. This supercharger is a mechanically driven compressor, which ensures that air is forced into the engine under pressure.

This chic XKR was delivered new in Germany in July 2007, after which the Jaguar received a Dutch registration in 2009. The last 3rd owner bought the car in 2015. The car has now driven 152,832 km. The maintenance was carried out by Jaguar dealer 'The Adventure' and Jaguar specialist David Vogelaar. This can be found clearly in the service booklet. Of course, things like the original on-board tools and spare wheel are not missing. The car is damage free and the seams of the sheet metal, doors, boot lid and hood fit together perfectly.

The XKR has the 4.2 liter Supercharged V8 engine with 416 horsepower. This is coupled to a 6-speed ZF automatic transmission. As soon as you take a seat behind the wheel and press the starter head, the predatory cat comes to life and the great enjoyment begins.
