The BMW Z3 is a rear-wheel drive two-door coupe and roadster produced for the 1996 to 2002 model years as a follow-up to the Z1 available in Europe only. Although it made its official debut at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit in January 1996, many people got a sneak preview in the 1995 James Bond film GoldenEye, in which 007 briefly drove a blue Z3 in Cuba.

Even more exciting was the new M Roadster, with a 3.2-litre six-cylinder engine with 321 hp. That is almost 80 hp more than the American version. A stiffer chassis configuration.

A beautiful Z3 M Roadster. That's how this specimen should be known. The original Dutch delivered car is a sublime 2-door sports car. In the original purchase invoice it can be seen that on top of the consumer price of 147,500 there was about ƒ13,000 on top because of the added options. These indicate as follows; A ski rack with an original case, a hardtop, full leather upholstery, automatic soft top, wind catcher and much more. In addition, there is also the popular air conditioning.

The Roadster has been in the possession of the original owner for almost 25 years. With a demonstrable mileage of 120,000 km, this is a sought-after example. Only 3,557 of the more powerful European version of the Z3 M with the S50 engine were produced. This Z3 M is delivered in a 'Cosmos-schwarz' metallic paint along with a full leather 'Imola-rot' interior. Only 684 pieces were produced in this color combination.

The Cosmos black paint is in beautiful condition. The same applies to the full leather interior. The Style 40 rims complete the sporty appearance of the car.

The Z3 M has very recently received a major overhaul worth more than € 2,200. There are a large number of invoices from over the years that show that the car has been carefully cared for. In addition, the original manuals are also present.
